Maru Maru Hotel was a winner out of 79 countries registered by Business initiative directions (BID) among which 40 countries participated and were carefully selected worldwide for the award of Century international Quality ERA award in Gold category in Geneva Switzerland on 12th March, 2017.
This award was considered for Maru Maru Hotel due to fact that the Hotel accepts quality as a factor of development to become more competitive. We are now therefore committed to maintain the same in the future by publicizing this quality culture with our employees, suppliers, clients and the community, supported by the QC100 total quality Management model.
The selection process was done by a panel that analyses and do the selection then send personalized letters to the organizations that have been chosen. This also involves getting recommendations and reviews from online portals, UN agencies, TripAdvisor and people that are doing business with the organizations.
